Your practitioner will begin with a thorough health intake covering your main concerns, medical history, sleep, digestion, stress levels, and lifestyle. They’ll then perform a tongue assessment — key diagnostic tools in Chinese Medicine — to identify the root pattern behind your symptoms. Based on this, a personalized herbal formula is prescribed, tailored specifically to you.

After your consultation, your practitioner will formulate your personalized herbal prescription and place the order directly with our trusted herbal pharmacy. Your herbs are then shipped and delivered straight to your home — no need to pick anything up. Most patients receive their herbs within 2–5 business days after their consultation.
