1. Medical & Telehealth Disclaimer

  • Telehealth (New York Patients): By engaging in online sessions, you acknowledge the limitations of telehealth compared to in-person care and consent to receive care via secure video platforms.

2. Licensing & Scope of Practice

Nainai provides services in accordance with the California Acupuncture Board and New York State Office of the Professions. You agree that the practitioner-patient relationship is governed by the laws of the state where the service is being provided.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card on file to secure all bookings. By booking, you agree to the following:

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment (in-person or online) without notice will result in a charge equal to the full service fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nainai is not liable for technical failures of third-party software (PracticeQ, video platforms) or for any injury resulting from a patient providing an inaccurate or incomplete health history.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
